Title: Overnight Cabbage Slaw

1mdCabbage, shredded
1smOnion, grated
1mdGreen bell pepper, chopped
2mdCarrots, grated
3/4cSugar
3/4cVinegar
1/2cVegetable oil
1tsCelery seeds
1tsDry mustard
1tsSalt
1/8tsBlack pepper

Combine the cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrots in a large bowl and sprinkle with the sugar, set aside.

Combine the vinegar, oil, celery seeds, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a pot and boil for three minutes.

Pour over the cabbage mixture, stirring well.

Cover, chill overnight.
